Took my C-43 to Naperville Mercedes (where I'd bought my last two new) because the brake switch appeared to be intermittently sticking- car would not move from reverse to drive and vice versa- happened about once every two weeks. This could have been a lot of expensive things that I wouldn't have had the expertise to question...... but it turned out to be a software update that was covered in the basic diagnostic fee at no extra charge. Great having a car dealer, service writer, and a mechanic you can trust!

I was locked out of my vehicle and did not know how to use the Mercedes me app, as the previous owner was still associated with my car. I called Mercedes Naperville at the end of the business day completely panicked (memorial day weekend). Omar Aslam guided me through the process and configured the app, so I would be able to unlock my doors keylessly. I was in my car within probably 20 minutes. Omar saved me at least 100 bucks and hours waiting for roadside assistance on a busy holiday weekend. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me. Thank you, Omar. Classic scammy dealership, Dante Sosa well trained to lie to your face. On phone got a 400 quote for A service, in person with the same request was given 3 options ranging from 1500 to 2400! No mention of the 400 till I brought it up and the paper he showed didn't mention A or B service, scam setup and ready. When finally agreed to the 400 I noticed the document said 'Customer Declines service'. If car says A0 and you're doing A0 why does it say this. Got vague answers designed to scare the customer and justify upselling. I thought lets just get it done, mentioned needs wipers and website has a promo for BOGO 50% off. Replies we only sell pairs so you'll get a spare pair half off. I'm amazed at such bull-shit unheard of logic. Reminded him website says nothing about a pair so after wasting an hour of my weekend decided to walk out. I now see other low reviews and realize I should have believed them.

I took my AMG GT53 for service, first service for this car. Performed well, no issues. Service personnel were very professional. I already had pre-paid service, so pricing was not an issue. However, I had one question regarding certain function of this advanced vehicle. They couldn’t help or assist me with it since I had not purchased the vehicle from this dealership. That was disappointing for me. I expected all Mercedes dealerships should be able to assist regarding certain functions regardless where the vehicle was purchased from.

The car was brought to the dealership 5 different times for the same issue. Each time they offered a different fix that didn't correct the problem. The last visit they had their head mechanic work the issue and stated all the fuel injectors, and plugs needed to be replaced because it was leaking fuel. The MB unique code was there at each visit, but only now paid attention to it. They still didn't replicate the issue and told us they would drive the car until it happened. Manager stated they drove the car 40 miles and nothing happened. This is on the repair invoice but the mileage in/out shows the car was driven 15 miles. Affirms my position people need to buy a tesla.

All around just a bad experience. Made an appointment twice and each time I showed up they didn’t have the appointment on record. I should have not went back after that but Finally went back a third time and when I picked up my car there was chips in my paint. They tried to say it was there before and brought up the pictures they had taken which proved they werent there when I dropped it off but still tried blaming it on me. Also tried to tell me the paint chips were my fault for driving on the highway). Then they finally took responsibility and said they had a huge hail storm and they would fix it. Well of course they only fixed some of the chips and then again proceeded to tell me the rest were there but wouldn’t bring up the pictures again and basically said it wasn’t their problem anymore. All this to say I spent about 10k there in the last 3 weeks and the service was just awful. Would definitely be careful taking your car here. I never had such a terrible experience and the dealership actually damage your car.

The regularly scheduled service for my Mercedes-Benz was due during April of 2023. I received a reminder indication on my car's dashboard and an email from Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. Connie from the service department called and we set a convenient date for service. The intake of my vehicle was performed by Dante who had all the necessary information already in the system. Great experience! Kudos to Steven (the salesman) and Tim (the finance manager). I was an out of state buyer and they were very professional, responding very quickly to my emails and texts. They arranged everything regarding the paperwork, had the notary even come to my house for me to sign the paperwork. There was a small clerical error on the paperwork and they quickly fixed it and they were very apologetic. Coming from a tesla (I have had teslas for >5 years) the customer service difference is light and day. Tesla really does not care about their customers and they treat you that way. They could get away with it because they were the only game in town if you wanted an electric car but thanks god now they have competition. Oh and did I mention I got a GREAT DEAL on the vehicle?? So yes if you in a market for a vehicle check them out first.

Every question was answered and even to the degree of finding a person who could answer some specific questions. Took my Mercedes in due to a failed steering wheel lock. It's a Mercedes, so I expected the repair to cost more than most vehicles. Rich, the Service Manager was excellent, kept me informed doing the entire process and although they were very busy I got my car back one day early. Even better, they detailed my vehicle inside and outside. My leather seats look new, carpets, dash and door panels were cleaned very good as well. I had some required service done and overall I’m happy with the results. There is some room for improvement with their communication. For instance when I arrived and was sitting with the service advisor I received a text message from a strange number. I mentioned this to the service advisor and it ended up being from their system. Had I not mentioned it I would have assumed it was spam and I don’t think the service advisor would have said anything about it. Outside of that I am happy with them and will continue to go back.

Mercedes-Benz of Naperville is my local dealership and they've always been responsive and accommodating. I recently stopped there to order a replacement key which I had assumed would take some time to arrive. Service Manager Nick Scumaci worked with the Parts Department and found the key to be in stock. He was able to fit it into the service schedule so that the key could be programmed while I waited. This proved to be a huge timesaver and eased some potential scheduling conflicts for me. I've always been pleased with the workmanship and professionalism at the dealership and this was another great example.

Ron was great to work with. In our early search we came across dealers that played games with us and tried to charge us mark ups and fees, but not tell us unless we specifically asked. We went with Mercedes of Naperville because Ron was very straightforward and honest up front, kept us informed of our car progress the whole way and, most importantly, there were no surprises when we bought the car. Ron even reached out to us multiple times after we purchased to make sure there wasn't anything else he could help with. The service itself was good. My car blew a piston head at 43,000 miles (bought it with 21,000 on it). I’ve had it 4 months. They got me right in to fix it and gave me a loaner. They had it a week. I drove 2 1/2 hours one way only to find that my beige leather front seats were now a faded pink color. They were perfect before I dropped off. I was told this is due to some of their seats discoloring because of the cold and sunlight. I’m very happy with the service from Mercedes of Naperville. Just a little disappointed with Mercedes as a manufacturer. This review is for Mercedes itself, not Naperville. . Naperville does a great job. Mercedes can do better. Thanks to the staff at Naperville for being prompt and helpful. I’m in healthcare so it’s imperative that I have a dependable car. When I’m driving at 2 am from a rural area to the hospital, I need a dependable car. I’m the only one that does what I do. If I don’t arrive, the surgery will be delayed/canceled. Mercedes of Naperville makes sure that happens by putting me on a car and getting my vehicle fixed, at the last moment. Thank you!

This dealership will sell you a car with pretty obvious things wrong with it and then tell you its under warranty and you can deal with it yourself. Trust me I bought a 2022 GLC 300 4MATIC and on my drive home which was about 100 miles I discovered the driver side door had horrible wind noise at higher speeds (over 45) and also the steering wheel sensor would vibrate the steering wheel at speeds over 55 mph. Now I will be going to the service department on my own time and dime to get it fixed. This next service will be my 3rd one in three weeks in an effort to get these problems fixed which the dealership should have already had taken care of BEFORE they sold the car. My whole experience was trashed basically and I fault this dealership.

Bought a 2022 GLC 300 4MATIC. First off, I drove it home and found out the door didn't fit or seal right so there was major wind noise. Second off, the new car had a steering wheel shake that was computer generated which the dealership knew of and could've fixed before selling the car. Third, it took quite a while to get paperwork completed which I was expecting but it was way longer than it should have been. So in the end I am left to deal with the cars issues when I know the dealership could've done all of this. I'll be taking my car to a different service department 3 times now within 3 weeks of purchasing my new car. I will say Joe Wasson, the general manager, is a great guy to work with so there's one positive out of the whole deal and after my car is fixed I am certain I will like it. It is a great car.

Bottom line is the dealership knows of steering wheel shake issues with the 2022 GLC 300's they are selling and they would rather have the customer find the issue and schedule maintenance visits than to fix it themselves before they sell the vehicle. I am not impressed with this decision and when I call to discuss the issue they do not seem to care at all. I don't recommend this dealership and I won't be back. My new car buying experience was suppose to be good and it was not because of their actions.

I recently purchased a pre owned Audi Q5 from Naperville MB. Elmis, the salesperson, was awesome and so was Nick the customer service representative. Unfortunately I was sold a car that had an engine issue which I discovered within the first week and notified Naperville MB about immediately. After nearly two months and multiple trips back and forth (I live an hour and a half away. Eventually they provided a courtesy vehicle - GLA 250, pretty sweet for an entry level vehicle). That being said, the issue has yet to be fully resolved and the 3 month warranty will expire in a month! I asked Joe, the sales manager, who has also been very helpful, if the warranty period could be extended by the time period Naperville MB had my car in the shop and he said no Auto Nation (the parent company that owns Naperville MB) and the warranty company they use won’t approve that! Now I have my lawyer involved. My experience with the people at Naperville MB has been good. How this process with Auto Nation all plays out and if Auto Nation stands behind their customer service pledge and I have a fully functioning vehicle that I don’t have to pour a ton more money into when this is all finally over, TBD!

Hands down, the best dealer service experience I’ve ever had. My service contact Nick Scumaci was 100% on top of everything. He not only took care of my maintenance but also fixed a lot of wear and tear via the original warranty at no cost. And to top it off, my GLS died on my way home from the dealership and Nick found a way to get gas and filled me up himself with enough to get to the station. This is my first Mercedes so I was weary of costs, etc and while a bit more expensive, the service, loaner and extra attention to detail was well worth it. I could honestly go on with several more examples but bottom line, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Naperville!

Frank, as usual, took great care of me and my SUV. The service dept has been extremely busy, but he was able to secure a loaner for me, so I wouldn't have to bring a sleeping bag and pillow. He guided me on what he felt I needed to have done, and what I could skip for now, and why. He thoroughly explained the importance of having these items done regularly. After the mechanics did their inspection, he called me back to explain why I should go ahead and have the items he initially thought I could skip for now, done now anyway. I have somewhat mixed feelings based on recent experience. Nice dealership and friendly staff, no doubt about it. Overall experience was good. There were a few things that could/should have been different (better). I was told the gas tank would be filled up, but as we were told in the end they had some issues with gas cards and because of that we left with empty tank. The price tag on the car sticker was a bit lower than the advertised price; I thought they would use the sticker price, but they did not; they sold it for the price listed on the internet (can't complain too much about it, but...). The vehicle was inspected and serviced prior to sale, but mechanics missed a few obvious items that should have been fixed/inspected (they were not serious issues that I replaced/corrected myself at home).

Bought my car from this dealership a couple months ago. Wasn’t a great experience to be honest. Outside of the actual salesman we worked with, the other people we interacted with during the car buying process were unpleasant. I recently got a flat tire and needed it replaced. Service for the tire replacement took over a week and a loaner vehicle wasn’t provided. When I expressed how the lack of a loaner would make it difficult for me to get to and from work, the representative gave me a “your problem, not mine” type of response. Didn’t realize the luxury vehicle I purchased would come with such low quality customer service. Will definitely be taking my car to a different, unaffiliated dealership next time.

My wife and I went in to perform a test drive with Josh Stoll at the Naperville Mercedes dealership, with the sole intention of simply test driving a 2023 GLE 350 we were considering purchasing. We were planning to head to the Lexus dealership afterwards to test drive a 2023 RX 350, and then making a decision to actually purchase one of the two in March. Thanks to Josh's laid-back approach and genuine nature we decided that we did not want to let this opportunity pass us by. Service appears to be well done, and my SA Richard Wildeveld was EXCELLENT. Rich provides great customer service! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I got charged, 2 days later, $8.79 for gas used. I only drove to & from my house which is 13.4 miles total, & I am 100% certain fuel gauge read 1/4 tank (also their out reading) when I returned the vehicle. MB of Naperville claimed I drove 24 miles (impossible), and that gauge read less than when they gave it to me. This rediculousness ruined an otherwise great experience. Guess next time I will pay closer attention & take before & after photos with my phone.

From start to finish not a very pleasant experience. It took 10 months to receive my car after I was told it would be here within a month or two. Once the car finally arrived the actual sale was a nightmare. The price of the car had increased without any warning during the ridiculous 10 month wait. They then tried to completely low ball me on a trade-in when I was able to get more then double at Car Max with no hassle. When I was ready to pay for the car they wouldn’t accept my certified check from one of the largest banks in the world (they basically are forcing you to finance with them to keep money in house). They then proceeded to dictate to me how much money I would have to put down, all in an effort to try and force me to finance more. I honestly felt like the dealership wanted me to not buy the car so they could sell it to someone else and mark up the price. By far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. This dealership quoted a 7.5% interest rate, I was able to quickly secure a 5% interest rate from a local credit union, banks were also offering a better rate than this dealership. Dealerships make money on the "backend" when you (the buyer) uses them for financing, recommend you do your research and ask for a better finance rate from this dealer (which they went down on when asked) and or shop around for rates to ensure you're not overpaying for your vehicle. They may say "Hey it's we're only $30 a payment more, is a better rate worth the hasstle?" I'd say yes, as a $30 a payment more per month times a 60 month term is $1,800 total dollars, a little per month adds up uickly. Dealerships also make money on the "frontend" with the purchase price of the vehilce, dealerships having more flexibility to negotiate that front end price down on new vehicles (that are often marked up from MSRP). Shoot for at a minimum of 5% off the first price they give you on their first offer, and 10% off isn't unheard of. Ensureing you're getting the leanest rate on the front end, and back end can maximize your value when buying a new car, they're making money in both places so knowledge is power to help you be a savvy buyer. GET YOUR OWN FINANCING! this dealership has no integrity and will give you an interest rate rate 2-3% higher than you can get elsewhere. At the very least, when they quote your financing, ask them to do it at a better lower rate (which they will to keep the deal). Why not lead with the lowest rate Jon? Why take advantage of less savvy buyers?? DuPage credit union can get financing around 5% and many other online providers are at or lower than that currently. Save thousands a year on interest by getting the lowest interest rate possible.

We had been looking for a specific used car for months. The WONDERFUL experience we had at Mercedes Benz in Naperville made all of our other bad experiences worth the wait. Josh was straightforward, accommodating, very knowledgeable, and patient. They have their own test drive course that allows you to test hills, cobblestone, winding and sharp turns. We took the car for a pre-purchase inspection at Firestone. Though Josh said it wasn’t necessary, he also said —whatever you’re comfortable with. The mechanic at Firestone said the car was in good shape and said the inspections they do at the Mercedes Benz dealership had a reputation of excellent quality. The car was for my daughter’s birthday so they even put a bow on it. I’ve been to so many dealerships where they have you sitting there waiting for hours not knowing what is happening, but not this place. Everything moved along quickly and we knew exactly what was going on at every step. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz in Naperville and their salesman, Josh Stoll.

One of my friends told me how he sell his own/used Mercedes car to actual dealership and how happy he was with the price etc. I wasn’t really trying to sell my car at all. I stopped by this Saturday afternoon at this location. I asked to estimate my car value. It’s takes 40min to 1 hour. Sales Elmis Figueroa was vey friendly and welcoming. He served me very well. His manager took my car ride and after all they told me my 2012 car worth $3500 😂. Im not sure is this Mercedes Benz stuff or someone’s own idea. It’s just ridiculous to me hha. Came in with my wife to test drive CLA250. Was approved by James Bloom who was friendly, not pushy, and overall, a great experience. He was able to locate a white with beige 2023 being delivered to another dealer and arranged internal trade. Took a couple weeks to get the car in. Given the car shortages and out specific color needs it was a very short wait. There was also no market markup like with most other dealers in Chicagoland area. While the E350 trade in greatly depreciated, we got the bluebook trade in value. As we already had loan approval the overall purchase while still taking some time was smooth and we were off our way in a new car. I really appreciate the low-pressure friendly transaction which is not very common at other dealerships. Would definitely recommend to others.

I recently purchased a 2018 c300 Mercedes, my salesman (Ammar) was excellent and I loved the car, the only complaint was the car had no navigation SD card in it. One of the things I love about Mercedes is the navigation comes standard, but this vehicle had no navigation down loaded in it. I checked with the service department and they told me the part was around 2 or 300 dollars, The owner of Mercedes Benz of Naperville actually called me and he and his team bent over backward to change my purchasing experience, this is what excellent customer service is all about. This dealership has has a couple great employees that need to be recognized. Our salesman, Jim Bloom, was FANTASTIC. Our vehicle was supposed to be ready Tuesday for us to make the 6 hour round trip, but it ended up not being ready, so the dealership offered to have us pay a refundable deposit and held the car until Saturday! We arrived at 1pm and, although we had never met, Jim greeted my family with the most friendly welcome which made us feel comfortable right away. We drove the car, checked it over, and signed the paperwork with Jim in about 10 short minutes for the full asking price. As with most Saturdays, there were a few people in front of us in the financing department to accept our cashier’s check and we had to wait for a little under 2 hours. The lounge was extremely nice and their coffee and hot chocolate was some of the best. When it was our turn to sign the final papers and submit payment, their system couldn’t read the check from our small credit union (and due to the delay, the bank was closed for the weekend so they couldn’t call and verify.) The finance associate, Mo, handled the difficult and rare situation with utmost professionalism and even called for the General Manager, Joe, to come speak with us. Since we had a 6 hour round trip, Joe displayed a caring demeanor and offered a solution that didn’t cost us a cent and also got approval of funds until the bank opened again. This solution got us the car immediately and we were grateful for Joe to have displayed the customer service that he did. Some company policies are difficult and frustrating, but a General Manager that spends time and effort (like Joe) finds a solution to benefit both parties, even in an unfortunate and rare situation like we experienced. Again- Jim Bloom the Salesman was FANTASTIC. He was available morning and night, weekdays and weekends, and even during his vacation! Joe also needs credit for talking through these situations and making things right with us in the end. We had a situation with a part not working (which we didn’t notice wasn’t operational at the time of purchase) until after leaving the dealership, but Joe got it corrected at no charge to us because of the situation. Overall, the guys mentioned above are some of the best in the business and I would give them my business any day. Thanks for working through some tough situations and truly earning the customer’s business.

I went to buy the key for the lug nuts for the tires and the person tried the keys to see which one fits and then told me that they do not have it in stock but the one in westmont does . So I drove all the way there from Naperville and when I went to the tire place for them to change my tire it didn’t work When I called to see if they can change it for me they said they cannot because the 2 dealership are different So why send me there and then they want to charge me 275 to replace it with regular lugs I have been going back and forth for 3 days

They are very unprofessional and liars, my sister purchased a car and had to return it due to false information that she found out after taking the car home. Took her almost 2 weeks after returning the car to get her check back from her bank that the loan was from, we had to go in to the dealership and ask for the check we were there 2 hours trying to get it back and all they did was make excuses and tell us it would be ready in 45 minutes than they said 20-25 minutes, and no check, while talking to a manager to see if there was any updates the salesman GIL LOPEZ who sold the car to my sister was in his office just laughing and when I mentioned that it was his fault this situation was happening he came out of his office and was extremely rude and very unprofessional to us. They all had different stories about the situation, my sister would call the dealer several times and no one would answer her calls or emails, she had to use my phone in order for her to get a hold of someone and get updates. According to them the check was not cleared yet and that’s why they couldn’t issue her a refund check but the bank said it was cleared on September 20th, 2022. Mo another employee stated that the check cleared 9/28 but this morning 9/29 he told my sister that there was a hold on the check which was a lie and was confirmed by her bank, the banker at the bank said that check was never on hold and was cleared on 9/20. I do not recommend shopping at this dealer, horrible horrible experience. It was a very stressful situation.

And I kindly let my sales person know I’m having a Montana driver license but I do live in chicago. And he immediately ask where I want to title the vehicle. I said Montana then he told me we are done talking. What’s the problem with Montana? That’s called region discrimination. Timing chain problems and transmission issues. Even One star is too much for them. LIARS, LIARS, LIARS. Salesmans Arnel Durakovic and Ron Genot are an experts in lying. They sold me car with bad transmission and timing chain issues. They said, car is inspected, w/o any problems, and ready to drive everywhere, so I bought it. Unfortunately after a few days I had to have car repaired. AUDI confirmed faulty timing chain tensioners with all components and hard shifting. It took almost 7 weeks to have it done. Mercedes Benz people wasn’t helpful in this matter. I left a lot of voicemails to Arnel, but he only sent me an email with explanation - “best way to solve it is contact Audi dealer”. Learn my lesson - DO NOT BUT FROM THEM.

I called MB customer service and explained to them this is a manufacturing issue that has nothing to do with the age and mileage on the vehicle, BTW it s has 55K right now. They connected me to this dealership. The girls at this dealership kind of saying if it is over 4 years or 50K, they do not take any reliability. Most of the auto plating and paintwork is covered for 100K miles. The way this person treated me was terrible. Naperville is full of immigrants and they sell lots so MBs to them. Car is good but people who sell it are not. I would not buy my next MB from this dealership for sure. Thanks Manny

After 2+ weeks in loaners my GLC left the dealership with more problems than it had before. I reached out to the "GM" based on their generic response to do so and nobody got back to me after 1 business week. This place cannot handle any real work apart from oil changes. : 1. Sunroof was not properly programmed after guide rail work and had 2 error codes along with intermittent refusal to close due to pinch protection kicking in 2. Windshield trim bracket was broken when it was reinstalled, resulting in a loose, protruding trim on the driver side. 3. My front passenger seatbelt stopped retracting as soon as I got the vehicle back. I strongly suspect that passenger side trim was removed as part of pano roof work and the retraction assembly was likely messed up during this process. There is no way this randomly moved after 2+ years of ownership. But again, I don't have the shop manual so whatever. Only positive was Adam, super courteous and dedicated service exec. Otherwise, the techs, gm clearly do not give a single you know what about service, even for cars under warranty. Imagine paying for this level of 'expertise'

Prior to droping off my car for repairs I requested the old/replaced parts be returned back to me. By law they are required to do so if requested. They did not returned the core of the most expensive part they supposedly replaced. Due to its location on the car you can't see the part to check if it looks new. Now I am not confident the mechanic actually replaced it. I would expect an issue like this from an independent shop , but you would think Mercedes of Naperville would be more professional than this.

I had the worse experience with a car dealership today. Specifically with seals man Ammar. I spent the entire day yesterday negotiating a car with him, I accepted the asking price. I offered a deposit so the car is not sold and Ammar told me not to worry the car is being held for me . He sent me to a local auto nation to apprise my trad-in. The car was not up to my standads upon delivery, yes some things were done over, still it should not have been given to me before it had been thoroughly cleaned and checked. It was not busy at the time of our visit. The entire process took about 120 minutes from the minute we confirm to purchase the vehicle and including trade-in + price negotiation. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. My past experience sees that some BMW facilities do have better waiting area for customers to wait for their services to be completed. In general, the AutoNation Naperville location is still a great facility.

I purchased a 2015 S550 on 01/2015 in November they had to replace both head lamps due to moisture build up. This accrued three more times. in September, of last year I took it back with the same problem and was told there was nothing wrong with it. My service advisor Kevin Vosburgh was HORRIBLE & UNETHICAL!!! I took my ML350 in to get an estimate on replacing the rear-view mirror. He came back with an estimate on the mirror and of course 5 other things that he recommend I fix. I passed on his other recommendations but told him that I wanted to get my mirror fixed through insurance since I have a low deductible. This is where the problem begins!!! First he told me that I should just get the mirror replaced and pay him in full then seek reimbursement from my insurance. Anyone who's had a repair done through insurance knows that they can and will pay a lower amount than asking which means I would be out of the difference - and I don't have cut-rate insurance either! Of course I said no. I got another quote which was lower than the Mercedes Benz quote but I still wanted my vehicle fixed at Benz. I forwarded Kevin the quote from the other company and he automatically tells me that they can't fix my mirror for that price. So I called my insurance agent and he told me that all Kevin has to do is submit a change request (pretty standard I'm told) and my insurance company will pay what Benz is asking to fix the mirror (within reason of course). I called Kevin back, told him what my agent said, and he told me that he didn't want to go this route which is why he NEVER offered it to me as an option- like he couldn't be bothered with submitting a change request! I said "it's clear you don't want my business can I speak to the service manager ". He said "I've already spoke to him but let me reach out to your insurance ". Needless to say, I have not heard from Kevin or Mercedes Benz of Naperville on a solution and it has been 1 month since my original quote. They will not get any of my business going forward! Maybe they work on commission but this is unacceptable from a luxury service company!!!

I would definitely recommend Mercedes of Naperville I have now bought, traded, and recently bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. Customer service is impeccable! Both times I felt I purchased a vehicle not like I was sold a car. Mike Hurst orchestrated a perfect delivery from start to finish. However, I recently had my new vehicle in for its first service which was a total cost of $500 and it went great. The lobby was crowded so I was shown an additional space upstairs to work while I waited, the gentleman offered to carry my bags and briefcase, but my car was not washed when delivered to me after servicing. I think that a $500 service should include a wash or at least interior vacuuming. A little disappointed 😔 Mercedes always makes me feel like a queen. However, they let me leave in a dirty chariot. 🥺

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this dealerships service department. This is the first high-end luxury vehicle I have ever purchased. I ignored all the advice not to take my vehicle to this dealership for any type of service. I believed that I would received the best service and customer service for my Mercedes by a Mercedes dealership. I took my vehicle for an oil change and because the vehicle advised that the coolant fluid was low. after the oil change I was giving a laundry list of things that were wrong with my vehicle, including a pulley that would cost $330 to fix. I bought this vehicle approximately two months ago and haven't had any problems with it. After the oil change I took my vehicle home and parked it. The next morning I wake up to go to work and the vehicle would not move. Apparently the pulley hey completely broken. Upon calling Mercedes I advising them of the issues that I was having and was treated disrespectfully by a member of the service department named Kevin. Kevin was unwilling to understand the predicament I was in. Kevin told me over the phone in a angry and disrespectful manner " I told you the pulley was bad." Due to the way Kevin was speaking to me I handed my wife the phone because I didn't want to match his aggression with aggression. I towed my vehicle back to the dealership and they fix the pulley for $1,100, not $330. while speaking to other employees at the dealership about Kevin's customer service I was advised that he is like that with numerous other customers. I believe my appearance could be a component to the way I was treated. I still love my vehicle and I love the brand but thid first experience I had with this dealership placed a bad taste in my mouth.

Poor customer service and trying to price the vehicle $5000.00 more than the vehicle was worth making the financing on the vehicle more not willing to compromise after I got off work early to purchase the vehicle. The sales person Elmis didn’t even bother to really work with me because he was worried about a previous customer and trying to accommodate him when I had made an appointment. Also, the general manager sent an email regarding my experience well IT wasn’t what I anticipated what was to be a happy moment turned out me being unhappy all because this establishment want to take advantage of customers due to limited car availability so they want to price gouge instead of gaining a customer they chose not to assist me in anyway.

I currently brought a 2019 CLS 450 for almost 70,000 with 15,000 miles on it everything was fine till I get home not even one month later 30 day sticker expires still haven't received my plates day after sticker expires my right driver tires go flat won't hold air I take the tire off the inside of run flat tires medal showing I take the tire to good year like they recommended Goodyear told me they shouldn't have sold me the car with these tires on it salesmen and financial manager didn't even work with me on getting new tires so I'm stuck with buying tires 2000 plus tax I wish I never heard of this place Mike Hurst and Lucy could have did a better job assisting me

I had a blown tire and went in to get all tires changed. All 4 of the wheels had damage to them when the vehicle was returned to me. The finished was either scraped off or there were scuff marks on them. These are 20 and 21 inch wheels. Nothing that their machine couldn’t handle. I would think the person doing to the work would stop after noticing the first wheel being damaged, but no, they decided to ruin all 4 of them.

Took my 2012 Mercedes with 80, 000 in for scheduled service. Engine light had come on so some concerns. They determined there was some complex problem that would cost $3800 to perform a band-aid repair or $8000 for a definitive fix. Service man told me he had 3 other cars with same problem in the shop. Hmmm?? Where is the Mercedes excellence in engineering. Anyway I said I wanted to think about how I wanted to proceed and would get back to them in an hour or so. Checked blue book value on my car and it is only worth about $6500, although it is in good condition. Decided it probably wasn't worth the repair and wanted to just come get the car. Maybe a second opinion. Well, when I called back they went ahead with the 80,000 maintenance. That cost $1200. Really??? Why would you do that. $300 labor to change oil? $82 labor to change an air filter. Over $900 in labor and less than $300 in parts?? WOW. I guess because I live in Naperville and own a Mercedes they have the right to gouge me and defy logic and perform maintenance on a car that needs an $8000 repair. What a bunch of crooks. The service manager told me the maintenance would enhance the value of my vehicle. Are you kidding me????My next Mercedes will be a TESLA. I would look elsewhere for Mercedes service.

My GLE300d was due for service while on a cross country trip. While in the Naperville area, we took our vehicle to Mercedes of Naperville. Adam was our service rep and was awesome! I used a new model loaner vehicle for the day, but left a few packages of valued items in the loaned vehicle when I returned it. More than a day later I realized my valuables were in the loaner car, but the dealership had already closed. The next morning I showed up at 7 am and was surprised that they were found and returned to me! I?m not so sure that would happen at your average dealership!!! Nick Scumaci has a great focus on the customer experience. Prices on B service are high compared to the general market. It is too early to comment on the quality of the repairs. In addition to the B service I requested diagnoses of an ESP malfunction warning message. When MB Naperville completed the diagnostic, no faults were identified. Again, too early to comment on the quality of repairs.

I had an amazing experience at MB Naperville. After a long search I finally found the perfect car on their website. I reached out for a test drive and received a response in less than an hour. Arnele was my sales rep and he made sure to get me in and out. He was polite, direct and transparent. Ever since AutoNation took over Mercedes Benz of Naperville, the customer service has gone down hill. The service team used to be friendly and considerate, now you can just tell they don't like working there as much as they used to. In fact, I've noticed a lot of new faces and my competent service providers are now gone. It's a shame because I used to really like this dealership. The service manager in particular is unfriendly almost to the point of being rude.

Brake sensor warning light came on after a collision avoidance stop. Contacted MB service representative Nick who got me in first thing the next morning. Nick reviewed the issue with my car, arranged for a loaner and had my 40K service and full brake job completed by late afternoon. ive already had a bad experience from autonation honda o’hare. i was working with Ron Genot and Tim Burn from this branch. everything went well until i asked for the spare key which Ron and Tim completely forgot to disclose and inform me about. Having a spare key was a decision factor for me. Ron Genot had to call the previous owner because he failed to ask for the spare key and told me that the key was nowhere to be found. I had reach out to Tim to see if they can come up with something to help me but unfortunately he did come up with only 10% discount after Ron and Tim forgot to disclose that there was only one key available. i have reached out to Tim after the initial offer but he had never replied back to me. NEVER deal with auto nation.

I no longer trust their technicians or service advisors. I brought my vehicle in multiple times over a period of about 5 months complaining about the noise from my brakes. They couldn?t find anything wrong multiple times. Then two weeks ago the alternator went. While they had it for the alternator, ?they discovered a problem with my rear brakes? that had to be immediately dealt with due to safety. It turns out it was the calipers. They were frozen or freezing up on the back. As a result, rear brakes and rotors I had replaced in April were chewed up after only about 1400 miles. The sound was loud and constant whenever you put the car in reverse, yet they ?couldn?t find a problem,? or hear the noise that me and my neighbors heard constantly. If they had done their jobs months earlier, I wouldn?t have been out about $2 grand. The service advisor (Frank) asked what time I would be there to pick up my car, and he was conveniently not there when I got there. So I complained about this situation to the general manager. He said he would review my last three visits and talk to the service manager and get back to me. I haven?t heard back from anyone, but I keep getting marketing emails.

My vehicle was also due for a B service. I normally use a third-party authorized service provider for all of my German vehicles. Mercedes-Benz of Naperville offered to match the service price and we agreed to both services (recall and B) during the same visit - saving me time. I was lucky enough to find an Audi with very low miles at this dealership. They only had the vehicle in for 2 or 3 days it was a little rough around the edges they set me up a service appointment the next week so could go over the car an buff out scratches that where on the rear bumper. A few weeks later one of my headlights had severe water leakage they replaced the headlight (expensive part) This dealership stands by there products new or use. I will always consider them first when looking for a new or used vehicle because they went above and beyond in service!!

I?ll never go back to this dealership. I originally went in for an airbag recall. So I set up an appt., went in on the scheduled day, and the airbag wasn?t ordered. Ok, since I was there I decided to get an oil change. After the oil change the guy told me they only put 8 liters as opposed to 9. My truck recommended 9 liters, I always get 9 liters but they insisted I needed 8. So I rescheduled the airbag replacement for the following week. Went back got the new airbag installed and asked them to check my oil. My engine was running a little rough. They said the oil level was good. Ok, well a few days later my oil light came on. I called them to schedule another time to look at my oil. Took it back and they realized the oil was low and added another liter. So my question was, why is it low now and wasn?t last week, do I have a leak? The answer was ?no leaks, and I don?t know why? They again tried to tell me that the dipstick doesn?t matter, if the oil level on the dipstick is low I should be ok. xxx!!!

In short - we traded for a 2019 Toyota Camry that had a paint chip in the passenger rear door and the touch screen radio was unresponsive. Salesman said it worked when we were parked after the test drive. Asked for the paint chip to be fixed before we purchased it and the salesman assured me it would be. Texted a few days before we picked it up and he said it was taken care or. Picked it up and found they had merely used a paint pen. When asked they said it was too expensive to fix. On the way home (3hr drive) realized the touch screen still didn't work. Took it to a local Toyota dealership in my hometown and the radio was replaced under warranty as they said it was frozen. Sent several emails and text messages to the salesman and dealer we bought from but received only one reply. This is a Mercedes dealer with a beautiful showroom so I assumed they would treat a customer right- I was wrong.

POTENTIAL SCAM ALERT!!!!! IS THIS DEALERSHIP SELLING A HOUSE?! Visited this dealership this past weekend to look at and potentially lease a 2020 Mercedes GLE. Called and made an appointment with Jim Bloom, he handed me off to a salesman by the name of James Brown. James was nice and professional, and took us through a test drive for the model. However, when inquiring about the prices for leasing the vehicle, the manager quoted us 1400 a month/ 36 months for a 3 year lease, with 3000 dollars down payment. This was a leasing cost of 53,400 while the car’s sticker price to own the vehicle is around 62,000 dollars. No effort was made to try to negotiate or discuss a possible payment plan that would satisfy both ends. We were given a quote and was unprofessionally told to take it or leave it. Upon doing research before visiting this dealership, prices for a lease were listed at 700 a month. The quotes given by the manager here were outrageous and did not make any sense considering it was for a lease. Am I buying a house or a car? I expect consistency within the Mercedes brand, when it comes to prices. Autonation, and Naperville Mercedes, are you trying to sell me a house or a car? This location constantly prides themselves on being the best dealership in the Chicago- Suburban area, but is not consistent with the service that other dealerships provide.

Had an appointment to repair the DVD player. Somehow it had come out of the area it's located in. While there we asked for the sanitation for the 29.99. Also a quote on replacing the brakes. We left the vehicle and about 4 hours later received a call and a a message was left that our vehicle was ready. My husband and I went over to the dealership. The advisor played shocked we were there to pick up the car. He had not done the Clorox spray yet because he was waiting for a call back from me about the brakes. I replied your message was that my car was ready. You didn't tell me to call you back. I have the message would you like to listen to it? He replied and said I'll get your vehicle. As we watch him go to the service area and start pulling the sanitation machine over to our vehicle. He hadn't even finished that. We stopped him and said never mind with that. I have had a few issues everytime we come. Also, while we were there we looked at a beautiful white SL in the showroom. A salesman came over and my husband starting asking him some questions about the vehicle. He then asked what lease deals do you have right now. He said he wasn't sure on that vehicle, but IF you qualify I'm sure we could work something out........ But IF??????????? what would make him assume that would be an issue for him to word it that way??????? So, it wasnt a good day at your dealership as you can tell. Lost a lot of trust in your customer service. I have other stories, but I'm hoping this was enough for you to understand our disappointment yesterday. There is one person at the dealership that helped us out tremendously, Lucy. I'm not sure she's still there, but thought I'd leave a positive.

Had my 2013 GL550 towed here after having a coolant issue. They initially told me my vehicle needed $30K in repairs. They subsequently came back to me and said the work could be done for $14K. I had it towed to a European vehicle focused mechanic and the major repairs they recommended are not needed and my cost to get it fixed is ~$1000. Oh, and this all happened 20 days after my bumper-to-bumper warranty expired.

I got a call from a lady at the dealership that told my car had a recall for steering bolts, she sat up a good time and day for me to drop my car off. They gave me a very clean rental car and my car was done the next day. Really great service taking care of the big things. but I will now keep them from touching my tires. The last 3 times in there the tires have been inflated to the wrong pressure even though I left specific instructions as to what pressure I wanted. One trip resulted in having to go back to get the sensor adjusted because it was set incorrectly.

I will only say one word EXCEPTIONAL!! I will admit that I love my car but the service I received from this dealership was SUPERB! I called at 6:30 to see if they still had a car I looked at online. My salesman Mark told me yes. I informed him that I wouldn’t arrive until 7:15 and I knew the dealership closed at 8:00. He said no problem. When I arrived he had the car up front. It was washed and ready for a test drive. Before driving off Mark told me sooo much info about the car. We made the sale and he kept me informed through each step of the deal. But the service afterwards is what impressed me. He made sure I had all the information needed. He called me a few days after purchase to see if I was enjoying the car. I told him that I noticed that I didn’t have an owners manual. Oh and behold FedEx was at my door the very next day with a manual. He wasn’t pushy didn’t try to force me to take on extra things. My experience was awesome. I would recommend Mercedes Benz Naperville. Ask for Mark!!

It's always a little more work and a little risky buying a car out of town. What if you travel a long distance an its been misrepresented? Exactly why,never buy one sight unseen. Mine is a great outcome,the car not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Dealership Hell! If Gordon Ramsey ever thought about starting a TV show for nightmare dealerships he should begin with Mercedes Benz of Naperville for the Pilot episode. REPORTED A LOANER THAT WAS GIVEN TO US AS STOLEN! NO ACCOUNTABILITY! GREEDY! NO UNDERSTANDING! IF YOU SUPPORT THIS DEALERSHIP YOU ARE SUPPORTING THE CORE PROBLEM OF BUSINESSES TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! My wife had her 2016 C300 being serviced at MB of Naperville and was given a loaner until her car was ready. Now let's Fast Forward to one of the problems. While leaving at the end of the day from her new job she arrived at her parking spot too see it was empty and her loaner vehicle was missing! IN THIS MOMENT SHE PANICKED! She had thought her car was stolen and immediately had a panic attack! She called the Police who then inform her that her vehicle was towed by police since it was REPORTED STOLEN BY MERCEDES BENZ OF NAPERVILLE!!!! They continue to ask her why she was driving a stolen vehicle... EXTREME CONFUSION. She goes back inside which then her new boss and co-workers explain the whole mess they witnessed while she was busy working. POLICE HAD ARRIVED AS IF IT WAS A CRIME SCENE. They took pictures of the vehicle inside and out. Her coworkers who were watching at the time had no idea it was her car since she was new at the job. TRULY EMBARSSAING AND A VERY BAD FIRST IMPRESSION AT HER WORK! I arrive to the dealership with her that night. We were told that our loaner that was reported stolen ended up NOT being the vehicle that they were missing. WASTE OF TIME. Do not understand what kind of management is running this place where they just misplace cars as if they are some toys. We are then told to go to Naperville Police station to go pick up her belongings. We arrive to the police station feeling like criminals to ask for her things back. All her things were investigated through and bagged as evidence truly embarrassing once again. Spent a weeknight at a police station and in this mess all because their management could not keep track of inventory. Could not get over the idea of if she was behind the wheel of the vehicle at the time and could have been arrested for driving a stolen vehicle. This dealership reported a loaner as STOLEN that they gave to their own client! The dealership could have just called some of their customers and cross reference to solve the problem but did not want to mess up their own reputation. There is a certain level of customer service you expect from MERCEDES! ERIC HOFFMAN. Next day, my wife and I both called off from work. We then arrive at the dealership on where we had both called off work after the traumatizing event. We ask for Eric Hoffman (The magical GM that every google review has the number of to solve all issues). The staff panics as if we had called for "Lord Voldemort" and did not want to ask for him. They were scared to bring him. We finally meet Eric who then begins to play psychological games with us right away. He acted as if he had no clue the reason we were there, even though his service manager had told him we were coming. The service manager was also on the phone with Eric the night before during the incident. Eric then begins to tell us that he has never had a bad day in his life. Why you may ask? It is because he tells himself "Every day is a good day and why get upset?" Not sure what drugs this man does but I would love to know! He was just playing with our heads as if we are stupid. Keep in mind this is all before we bring up the incident and he at this point still claims he has no idea why we are there. Once we sat down he kept playing this clueless act. He precedes to tells us that he has NO idea what is going on and that he has heard of "something" regarding a missing car. His facade all falls apart later in the conversation when he unknowingly tells us the entire dealership was in panic for DAYS due to a missing loaner! He then admits that the dealership reported the vehicle stolen. I then let him know that my wife and I both are very displeased from the entire experience at MB. He then tells me there is nothing he can do to make my wife happy since the event is already over. "Nothing can repair the damage that is already done so why do anything?" Those were his words. PLEASE NEVER CALL THIS MAN IN FOR JURY DUTY. He does not believe in justice when a wrongdoing is committed. He believes, we should just get over it and move on since we cannot go back in time and prevent the crime from happening. I asked him what he would do if this happened to his significant other. Which then he replies, he would brush it off since he does not understand what is there to get emotional about! Why is this man the GM when he does not even understand human feelings or emotions! STAY FAR AWAY! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. RAN BY PEOPLE WHO ONLY CARE ABOUT HOW DEEP THEY CAN PUT THEIR HANDS DOWN YOUR POCKETS NOTHING MORE! WE ARE YET TO RECEIVE A SINCERE VERBAL/WRITTEN APOLOGY!

This place doesn’t even deserve my time to write a review. I walked into dealership to test drive a few cars between 25 and 35k or so I thought. Waited In lobby for 25 minutes without even getting a hello. Sales people looked at us and ignored us. Not sure if being young means I’m not good enough to buy there. Infiniti across the street was happy to take my business and their customer service is second to none! This dealership lost out on a easy cash sale that ended up being $33,500. Will make sure every customer I do business with knows to avoid this dealership.

The car service gentleman was very nice and efficient. Car was completed quickly and the car was really clean when done. There are only 2 things I would have appreciated. When I made the appt I wish the person I scheduled it with would have told me about the extra time needed if I decided to have the GPS update done. Rather, I was asked if I wanted it when I got there but I had no additional time to have it done. Now, I have to wait. Also, I really wanted to tip the Porter who did such a good job cleaning the car. I wish the service person would've had the Porter bring the car to me vs just having it parked. I know they don't make much and it's important to recognize them for the good job they do!!

We just moved into the area and our lease was up. We were thinking about switching to another brand of car but received a call from this dealership enticing us with a special offer to lease another Mercedes through them. We decided to do it. Overall our experience was good. The only problem we had was that the cars mats they said they would throw in we had to push them to deliver on once the deal was closed. Outside of that, so far so good. The car is what we wanted at the price we wanted and they were easy enough to work with.

I took delivery of a used 2015 C-300 at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville on December 9, 2017. I must admit this was one of the finest car buying experiences I've had. From my sales professional, to the concierge, to financing, and finally the service it was great. Everything was explained clearly, and they wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with everything. I had to return to the dealership a couple of weeks later because of an issue with the windshield wiper blade. Without an appointment, they were able to get the car in almost immediately, apologized for the problem, which I hadn't noticed until the first time I needed the wipers, and they replaced them both and got me out of there quickly. Very impressed. Would recommend them to anyone.
